Professional Summary

My experience with Ericsson, Inc. began in 2010 as a contract position, where I served as an individual contributor supporting major network infrastructure initiatives. Because of my diverse industry background and consistent performance, I was frequently assigned additional responsibilities and asked to mentor other team members to strengthen overall project delivery. In 2012, I was converted to a full-time employee and continued to take on cross-functional assignments beyond my defined role, demonstrating flexibility and leadership within fast-paced, technically complex programs. In 2015, I was selected to participate in Ericsson’s Line Management Development Program, the company’s entry-level pathway into leadership management, which I successfully completed and advanced to the final panel interview.

In 2016, following a major organizational restructuring across Region North America, my position was impacted as part of a broad workforce reduction. However, due to my strong professional reputation, I was promptly re-engaged by Ericsson through a third-party partner and continued to deliver high-impact results through 2019. During this time, I remained a trusted, high-performing contributor supporting Ericsson’s network expansion, construction management, and site development programs nationwide.
