1. Curriculum Delivery and Clinical Mentorship**

The Lead Trainer will facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs, utilizing Behavioral Skills Training (BST) to teach staff the fundamental principles of ABA. The trainer must ensure that staff understand the three-term contingency, A B C, and how to apply these concepts across various clinical settings. 1. Technological Integration and Data Proficiency** The Lead Trainer is responsible for ensuring all staff are experts in the use of the CentralReach platform. Training sessions must cover the technical and clinical aspects of the software, including:

• Navigating patient profiles and accessing individualized Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs).

• Correctly inputting data for various measurement systems, such as frequency, duration, latency, and interval recording.

• Understanding the importance of data integrity and the role of accurate documentation in clinical decision-making.

• Teaching staff to interpret visual data trends to ensure interventions remain effective and responsive to the learner’sneeds.

1. Quality Assurance and Fidelity Monitoring**

Beyond initial training, the Lead Trainer will conduct competency assessments to confirm that new staff can implement procedures with high fidelity. This involves observing staff in simulated or live environments and providing immediate, constructive feedback. The Lead Trainer acts as the quality control point, ensuring that every staff member understands how to translate clinical goals into actionable, data-backed interventions.

1. Professional Development and Culture Building** The Lead Trainer will foster a culture of professional growth and ethical accountability. This includes staying abreast of the latest research in the field of behavior analysis and integrating these updates into the onboarding curriculum. The trainer serves as a mentor, guiding staff through the complexities of clinical challenges and promoting a mindset of continuous improvement and data-driven inquiry. Behavior Technician
