NHS is one of the oldest and largest affordable housing and CDFI's in Los Angeles, having built or repaired over 30,000 homes. In the past year we have completed 6 new construction projects as well as a 121 unit multi-family project in Compton CA. Two of the homes were manufactured by US Modular. Managed all pre-construction and construction programs, overseeing client management and ensuring successful delivery to certificate of occupancy.
