I am a manufacturing operations manager with over 20 years’ experience managing people in various manufacturing environments. I’ve spent the last 5 years in the semiconductor industry. Prior to that I worked for GE in their Schenectady, NY Steam Turbine manufacturing plant.

I excel at building teams and creating procedures & systems that remove roadblocks to empower subordinates to achieve intuitively. Creating a workplace where subordinates feel empowered to problem-solve through coordination with engineers and support elements to meet production goals and keep tools running.

My philosophy is to remove roadblocks and hire people that have proven drive & motivation regardless of industry experience. Then give them the training they need, independence to work, while I provide the direction to succeed.
