What My Background Offers:
A brief overview of what I have accomplished and can offer an employer:
Member of the Gage R&R team, responsible for HLS and KLS OVL tools. Train shift personal on HLS and KLS OVL toolsets.
As the Quality Manager of Origin Acoustics, I came into a company that did not have a QA department. My years of experience at SEH-A laid a great foundation for me to be able to:
Develop a Quality Policy
Reduce variation in production
Identify root causes of issues, design fixes and have them implemented at supplier level
As a Process Technician for Metrology:
•Excel at Customer relations, both internal and external
•My years of experience in metrology have given me a strong understanding of customer requirements for measurement statistics
•I have a strong knowledge of SPC and have created new, unique SPC charts for trending multiple tools
oThese new charts have satisfied concerns from our most demanding customers
•My area was highly organized and documented and ready for auditing at all times
•My tool sets were closely monitored and my area was praised by the QA department
•Final Clean and Box Wash Installation/Qualification demonstrates my ability to plan and execute projects
As a Process Technician for production I have demonstrated the ability to think outside the box with such examples as:
•Developing a patented process for chemical removal of poly silicon without damaging the substrate, which reduced the edge polish time by two-thirds.
•Creating a reversible rotation to achieve tighter thickness uniformity on epitaxial wafers.
•Redesigning of LPCVD furnace parts to achieve longer life, lower contamination and better yield
•As a Lean Manufacturing Technician I received a certificate from Arizona State University as a “Lean Champion” and performed motion studies for all aspects of manufacturing using EASE software. I designed complete lean transformations for many production areas using this approach.
