I have prior experience in data labeling, annotation and research at Alto Investments. Our process for online bidding on foreclosed properties required labeling/tagging thousands of property photos monthly and importing to proprietary database for further research.
I currently Manage Owned Properties and day trade. As a property researcher and acquisition agent with Alto Investments, our 2-person team bought hundreds of foreclosed single-family homes.
As a real estate marketing professional at Unitech Graphics my work required building strong relationships with customers. Starting with just a paper list of Realtors in south Florida, a phone and in person cold calling, I generated hundreds of customers and resulted in thousands of orders for my services. With today’s methods of prospecting, communicating and work flow, which did not exist at the time, I could have been far more efficient and successful.
