● Relocated to Ljubljana, Slovenia and acted as Managing Director for the Marine division of Elan Corporation while developing its dealer network and floorplan within the European and North American markets.
● Developed marketing and sales strategies for the European built Greenline powerboat to increase revenue in the North American markets by building strong relationships on a global level. ● Managed start-up venture for a one model USA-built product which included introducing the brand via print and digital media.
● Submitted detailed brief on direct sales organization versus a channel distribution network, including creation of pricing structure, promotions, communications and support programs for new distribution system.

● Additional responsibilities included: Appointment by Board of Directors of the nine Morgan Industries Corporation companies (owned by the Luhrs brothers) as President, Treasurer, Chief Restructuring Officer, in April 2012, to guide company through restructuring and operating sale of Hunter Marine Corporation and selected assets of Mainship Corporation and the sale/disposition of remaining assets of Silverton Marine Corporation, Luhrs Corporation, and six other subsidiaries.
