• Implementation of a new ERP solution which included but not limited to; ERP software, new server, PCs, switches, and users’ training. Project completed within budget and on time.

• iPad IOS upgrade for major telecommunication provider retail stores across the Rio Grande Valley.

• Windows 7 upgrade for major telecommunication provider’s retail stores across the Rio Grande Valley.

• New Inventory System implementation. From researching the best software vendor for my client, to installing a new server, router, switch, and training the users. Work completed 20% under budget and on time. The team consisted of external programmers, one trainer, and one server administrator, plus six users within the produce company.

• Cabling installation for a movie theater. The contract budget was met on time and completed with a team of installers.

• Network installation – Installed network rack, mounted switches, new patch panel, cleaned-up and identified each Ethernet cable and labeled accordingly. Work completed 40% under budget and on time. 11/2012-11/2013 Lone Star National Bank McAllen, TX IT Project Manager – Vice President

• Windows 7 Upgrade and PC Standardization: Led team to upgrade all user computers from various versions of OS and Office to Windows 7 Professional and Office 2010, in order to standardize all 600 plus PCs in over 35 sites. Completed at 30% under budget. Worked on Project Plan, Project Scope, Resource Management and management of tasks, and Budget Management of $350,000. Documented Charter, Budget, Risks, Issues, Milestones, Team Roster, Roles and Responsibilities Chart, and Stake Holders Roster amongst other documentation as needed.

• Responsible to resolve an issue with new PCs as over 50% had bad system boards. Another project running within the larger Windows 7 Project.

• Sold all the old hardware to a company and we received money for it which was not considered initially.

• AS400 Failover Disaster Recovery (DR) Test: First AS400 Failover DR Test from home location to DR site. Project Plan, Project Scope, resource allocation, and management of tasks. Documentation included lessons learned for succeeding years of testing.

• Deployment of ATMs: Resource allocation and management of tasks and managing budgets for hardware purchase to site construction. Documentation included lessons learned for succeeding in ATM deployments.

• WAN Upgrade: Project lead for WAN upgrade to all bank sites. Resource Management of internal IT resources and of third parties (construction and telecom) and management of hardware purchase to site construction. Documentation included lessons learned at each site for succeeding sites.

• Mobile Device Management (MDM): Led a project to implement MDM companywide. To support multiple mobile platforms for smart phones and tablets (IOS, Android, Windows, and RIM). Did Vendor Selection, participated in software training, as well as created user guides for end users and technicians.
