Human Resources Specialist (Employee Management Relations), Provide advisory services to supervisors and managers on employee conduct issues. Provide advice, guidance and direction to senior management and supervisors on processing personal actions in the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), maintenance of personnel records, use of Business Objects for analysis inquiries, guidance on awards and decorations, Physical Fitness Program, In/Out Processing procedures, organizational charts, retirements, benefits, creating organization charts and maintaining current personnel rosters. Alternative Dispute Manager

ADR Manager explained the process, techniques and best practices for utilizing mediation as an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) tool in the civilian workplace disputes. Explained to management concerning grievances or complaints arising in the workplace and explained negotiated grievance procedures. Provided practical advice and resources to successfully mediate civilian workplace disputes. Briefed to management helpful information regarding each stage of the mediation process, from intake through settlement and reporting of ADR statistics to upper management. Briefed the process of mediation from the Directive Manual 110 and the Air Force Instruction 51-1201 to mediators and management. Interviewed possible mediators for the ADR Program and arranged for training for the selective mediators. Worked with management to resolve workplace disputes before mediations. Attained the yearly ADR Report to give management the outcome of the resolution rates, 85%.
