Senior Electro-Mechanical Engineer

Worked in teams and independently to develop electrical-mechanical components such as circuit boards, wiring harnesses and enclosures for government contracts where the products were Missiles, Sensing pods and test equipment. Worked within programs not yet contracted called IRADS which were to develop new technology to advance existing products for the customers. Missiles programs I contributed to the JASSM, LRASM, Hellfire and Javelin. The Sensor pod I worked on was the SNIPER ATP. Test equipment was designed for testing components of the missiles and sensing pods during the manufacturing phase of their construction. All engineering work was done following strict government specifications and guidelines set forth by Lockheed Martin. Security Clearence: Secret.

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Part of a team of engineers and scientists working together to develop innovative dental imaging equipment. Primary responsibility was the duties of the mechanical design, optical research, building prototypes, and custodian of the design history file. Implemented SolidWorks as the 3D design software for the design team and coordinated with 3DISC Imaging in Korea about product requirements and specification standards. •Designed the mechanical components for the Heron 3D intraoral scanner from inception to production.

Principal Mechanical Engineer

Design from conception to manufacture of aircraft galley inserts. Aircraft galley inserts include Coffee Makers, Steam Ovens, Microwave Ovens, Convection Ovens, Espresso Makers and Warming Drawers. These appliances are designed to be used in executive aircraft made by Bombardier, Gulfstream and Airbus. Worked within teams of engineers, including mechanical, electrical, manufacturing and software disciplines to design and validate design concepts to move products to manufacturing. •Acquired ownership of the Bombardier 7000/8000 Steam Oven appliance, and completed the design, documentation and validation to successfully advance the Steam Oven into production.

Supported engineers during the design phase of gas turbine combustion systems and components used to spin a power generator to produce electricity. Worked within a multi discipline project team on prototype and production projects to create gas turbine engines to meet strenuous and distinctive requirements. Employed Pro-Engineering (Pro-E) to create solid models and detail drawings for use in production definition and turbine engineer layouts. Implemented the SAP database system to Generated bills of materials (BOM), GPC drawing numbers and Material master numbers used in models and drawings. Determined if legacy components could be used in future designs of the 501G turbine engine by evaluating existing drawings and documentation.
