Determination of phytochemicals, vitamins, minerals and invitro antioxidant of ethanolic extract of tumeric This research project focuses on the qualitative and quantitative determination of phytochemicals, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant properties present in the ethanolic extract of turmeric (Curcuma longa), a widely used medicinal plant known for its therapeutic and nutritional value. The study aims to scientifically evaluate the bioactive compounds that contribute to turmeric’s medicinal benefits, such as its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial activities. Using ethanol as an extraction solvent enhances the solubility of polar and non-polar phytoconstituents, thereby providing a comprehensive extract for analysis.
