SignaCare: Patient Clinical Profiling for Rare Diseases [GitHub] Jan 2026 – In Progress

• Built a clinical profiling platform for rare disease patients using React and FastAPI, where patients describe symptoms conversationally through a fine-tuned LLM clinical interview agent.

• Fine-tuned LLaMA 3.1 on 180k+ medical cases with LoRA adapters for clinical interviews, severity extraction, and follow-up generation without full retraining per condition.

• Built a clinician dashboard for symptom timelines, flare cluster maps, and trigger heatmaps, with exportable PDF reports and JSON outputs.

Kambaz: Learning Management System [GitHub] Sep 2025 – Dec 2025

• Built a Canvas-style LMS in Next.js + TypeScript with responsive UI using Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS where users can browse courses, view modules, submit assignments, and manage enrollments.

• Designed RESTful APIs in Node.js/Express with MongoDB + Mongoose and implemented Google OAuth 2.0 and session-based authentication with role-specific access.

• Built a Python + FastAPI platform that automates job applications end-to-end using Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and Antigravity AI agents, from job URL intake to tailored LaTeX documents, form completion, and submission review.
