Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer (Kentucky) 2016 – Present

Responsibility To:

Chief Executive Officer of iGate, Inc. from April 2016 through May of 2021, with continuing responsibility to the Chief Executive Officer of the successor company SmartCopper Broadband, Inc., a Kentucky company in the business of developing Broadband Internet Access products which support up to 1Gbps over existing copper telephone lines.

Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff.

Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations that the C.E.O. is involved with

Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks.

Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact inside and outside normal business hours

Welcome the C.E.O.’s guests by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answering or directing inquiries.
