• Served as the primary point of contact for Applicant inquiries related to the Main Street Acquisition Support Grant. Assessed Applicants needs through preliminary discussions, ensuring Applicants understand eligibility requirements, ensure that the program's goals are met and that small businesses are successfully supported throughout the application and approval process. • Performed due diligence and thorough review of HUD-1/Closing Statements, Deeds, Titles, Mortgage Agreements, Appraisals, invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation with the ability to determine legitimacy and completeness.
• Managed multiple Applications and detail tracking of Applicant interactions and emails via CRM.
• Conducted outreach activities to engage New Jersey small business owners and the New Jersey business community to promote the program and drive application volume. Performed outreach calls and sending emails to attract new leads and sustain relationships with ongoing partners.
