FOREWORD: I am a doctorate in Computational Electromagnetics from I.I.T. Bombay way back in 1984. Apart from conventional design of motors, I have rich experience in Finite Element Analysis & optimization techniques. As is well known, the analysis of electrical devices involves fluid-flow coupled thermal analysis interlaced with thermal coupled electromagnetic analysis which should account for nonlinear and hysteresis loop B-H relationship. The efficiency or average temperature rise ought to be predictable within +-5% of mean test results that too taking into account variations due to material, ambient test conditions, and stresses in material during manufacturing. My background in Electromagnetics helps me tackle diffusion and wave equations. The task seems daunting but needs to be achieved. I have 30+ years of experience in R&D of electrical industry and about 4 years of experience in teaching.. I am capable, healthy and hearty and can put up a decade or more of useful work. I am not sensitive about designation and would accept any level of management, provided pay is lucrative. I am interested in research and development of all types of motors and or transformers.
