• Managed the business design, solution integration, program rate changes (firing orders), testing strategy, roll out / deployment strategy for the implementation of SAP ECC 6.0 using IBM’s SAP for Aerospace and Defense accelerator for the main Australian facility and the wholly owned subsidiary in Winnipeg Canada of a major North American commercial aircraft manufacturer with particular focus on the implantation of the SAP Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM) Modules along with the SAP Quality Management (QM) Module

• Delivered the architectural design of a solution for a Canadian aerospace manufacturer to manage the receipt, storage and distribution of Field Loadable Software to Aircraft. Identified questions for other solution partners to resolve.
