Working as a Design Engineer at L&T Technology services, and deputed to TAFE, where I am involved in designing e-machines for off-road applications (electric tractors). Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Worked on the design, analysis, and development of various magnetic components, including electric motors & transformers, performed motor analysis using (FEA), magnetic circuit modelling, lumped parameter modelling, and experimental performance validation.

• Developed 2D and 3D electromagnetic simulations using Ansys Maxwell to evaluate motor performance, efficiency, thermal behaviour, and magnetic characteristics.

• Analysed and optimized a wide range of motor technologies, including (PMSM, BLDC, Axial Flux & IM).

• Planned and executed comprehensive motor testing programs, including thermal performance evaluation, segregated loss analysis, efficiency mapping, reliability assessment, and performance characterization.

• Prepared detailed test plans, test procedures, and validation reports in accordance with MIL and industrial standards.

• Oversaw multi-week motor qualification and validation programs, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborated with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement design improvements, resolve technical issues, and enhance manufacturability.

• Supported prototype development, product validation, and production release activities through data-driven engineering analysis and testing.
