Director of First Impressions - Client Experience Advocate: June 2018-January 2026 - Carson Wealth Management, Saginaw, MI: Manage all aspects of customer relations for approximately 600 clients, schedule annual client meetings and client events, prepare all client paperwork, assist clients with questions, process financial transactions and trades, and other office tasks as required.

Financial Service Assistant: April 2014-May 2018-Rehmann Financial Services, Saginaw, MI-Assisted three financial advisors with all aspects of customer service for approximately 750 clients, scheduled client meetings and organized monthly client events, prepared paperwork, processed financial transactions.
