Primarily responsible for assisting the production manager with day to day operations. Requiring a solid understanding of production managers' requests and executing them in an efficient manner. Responsibilities include:

● Managing monthly safety meetings and providing daily safety topics to ensure safe operations in the warehouse.

● Creating standard operating procedures for all machines and equipment in the shop to ensure safe operations.

● Working with the regional safety manager to enforce company policies at our location.

● Ensuring DOT compliance with delivery drivers as well as setting up maintenance schedules, fuel cards and repairs for service trucks.

● Monitored truck tracking software (GeoTab) for delivery/service vehicles to confirm they are on time and obeying traffic laws as well as company policies.
