PROJECT
Overview: Al-Air battery power control unit using MCU and power boards to get and control various types of sensor inputs, solenoid based pumps, valves and cooling fans. Responsibility:
Analyzed the requirements and prepared the high level and low level architecture block diagram.
Selected the MCU using component selection matrix and created the MCU pin mapping.
Created the schematics for sensor inputs and actuator outputs section using MCU.
Board Bring-up and EVT testing done for the MCU PCBA.
Documented the Power Budget, HW-SW Interfacing, I/O Level Mapping and Part Stress Analysis.
Overview: Switching angles using six stepper motors by getting inputs through Ethernet. Responsibility:
Analyzed the requirement for power control circuits and motor communication.
Prepared the high level system and board level block diagram.
Reviewed the schematics, layout and provided updates on layout high current paths.
Validated the PCBA by Board bring-up, EVT and DVT testing and resolved the Ethernet connectivity issue in onboard connector by correcting the pin configuration in the cabling.
Conducted system-level validation of PCBA performance under dynamic load conditions, specifically monitoring inrush and steady-state currents during stepper motor angle switching.
Overview: Medical handheld remote design to get multiple switch inputs and pass the signal through Ethernet for Gantry control system.
Responsibility:
Analyzed the requirement for switch pressing events and communication.
Involved in Board bring-up, EVT and system level testing for the PCBA.
Overview: DDR4 and DDR5 SI simulation
Responsibility:
Configured the simulation setup like Stack-up, Power supplies voltage values, Coupling settings, Net class and constraints, Differential pairs assignment and Assigning models.
Validated Address and Data signals for multiple memory form factors (RDIMM, SODIMM, UDIMM, CUDIMM) at high-speed data rates ranging from 3200 MT/s to 6400 MT/s.
