My last role was with Wise Employment as an Industry Employment Partner. I manage the marketing for all of South East Queensland sites. I have been a High Achiever for the past 3 months running. I started with Wise as a DES Employment Consultant with a caseload of approximately 50 people before a promotion to the Industry Employment Partner role. Prior to my current my current employment, I was a Customer Liaison Officer with Sealy of Australia, in the National Customer Centre.
I was Sealy’s Product & Brand Employee of the year, Australia & New Zealand 2020. Prior to Sealy, I did a 12-month contract with Department of Human services in the Compliance Division, investigating fraud within the Australian Welfare system. I have full understanding of the Federal Government payment types, and able to navigate the computer programs used for Centrelink. I am a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, friendly and empathetic disposition, and a positive outlook with a can-do attitude. I am always looking to improve my knowledge, and currently studying a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, as an online student with Swinburne University. I have completed a Digital marketing course with News Corp and now am proficient in the Digital space, News Corp are Google and Facebook Partners. As a Customer Liaison Officer, I am a senior staff member dedicated to delivering the highest quality of service to our VIP customers all over Australia, through multiple communication channels, in a National Call Centre with focus on giving the customer the best customer Service experience. Sealy introduced a service throughout Covid lockdown called a VIRTUAL INSPECTION. I was licensed and trained to inspect Sealy customer’s beds, to reduce time and cost to the company, and serving the customer better.

Adecco contract – Employed as a Compliance officer with the Department of Human Services, based In Brisbane City.
My role as a Compliance officer with DHS, I used ATO data matching to identify over payments in customers benefits. The Division I worked in delivered targeted review programs to aid compliance, and undertake prevention, detection and investigation activities relating to non-Compliance. I assist my clients in the marketing of their business in Print and digital media, to receive the maximum return on investment. Job Responsibilities- The running of a High-volume call center for the electrical trade. I was the Supervisor of four Telephone Operators, assisting with bookings and customer service. My position was to train all new employees in the telephone system and computer programs used. Coordinate and communicate with 20 Technicians, in different fields i.e. Electricians, Fridge & A/C Techs, and Brown good techs on a daily basis.
It was my duty to liaise with manufactures, warranty companies, insurance companies, Real Estates and the public.

During this time, I started as a feature’s telemarketer with The Queensland Times, on a casual basis. I enjoyed the job immensely and exceeded my budgets constantly, and then I was offered a full-time position with an existing client base.
I worked in this fast-paced industry and achieved monthly budgets and met many deadlines Being a daily paper. I built a good rapport with my clients and grew my client base.
