The complex included hotel rooms, suites, management offices, residential apartments, five restaurants, five industrial kitchens, an industrial laundry, three pools, two ballrooms, conference rooms, a health club, a business center, and 20 elevators.
● The French Hospital, UAE: A $130 Million project, including $35 Million allocated for specialized medical equipment. This luxury hospital features eight floors and three basements, built on 3,600 sq m of land with a total built area of 16,500 sq m.
● The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Palace: Construction of a luxury palace complex on a plot area of 400,000 sq m, encompassing extensive landscape and infrastructure works. Note: Project value and specific details are confidential information for the Government of the UAE.
● Natural Stone Cladding Gate & Infrastructure: Construction of an 18-meter-height gate cladded with 3,000 cubic meters of solid natural stone, including post-tension cables, offices, advanced security systems, landscape, roads, and infrastructure. Project value: $9 Million.
● Compound 150 Houses Project: Substructure and superstructure works for 150 two-floor houses within a single compound, including all landscape and infrastructure. The plot area for the project was 67,500 sq m. Project value: $56 Million.
