I have over 30 years operations management experience. I have worked with many Non-Profit and Municipal and Federal government agencies to analyze current systems and find solutions to complex problems. Construction projects:

Oversaw or was involved in Local and Federal Government projects:

• Remodel at Tinker Air Force Base Defense Information Systems Center.

• USA Softball Hall of Fame Complex – Ground-up construction of ESPN building.

• Oversaw the remodel of Chesapeake Arena 2nd level Suites.

• Capitol Hill Speegle Stadium - install stadium seating.

• Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark - renovation of VIP Club facility.

• Phase 1 and Phase 2 remodel of Santa Fe railroad station in downtown Oklahoma City.

• Upgrade sound system at Oklahoma City Civic Center.

General Manager - Federal Mechanical:

• Three projects at Oklahoma University including changing National Weather Service weather balloon from helium to hydrogen system.

• Reviewed purchased and installed new heat and air equipment for Federal Courthouse in Texarkana, AR.

• Served as project and field manager: Responsibilities included obtaining bids and supervising subcontractors; reading specs and plans; working closely with owners, architects and others.

My objectives were to build the brand, raise public awareness of the mission of St. Labre, form long-term relationships with donors, and consistently raise the much-needed funds required to promote the "educating for life" philosophy of the organization.

Responsible for overseeing operating activities of the organization, including strategic planning, budget preparation, and board presentation. Supervised up to four direct reports: VP Technology, VP Development, VP Marketing and Communications, VP Donor Relations and seventy-nine indirect reports; managed support for 150 end users; and increased revenue and Gift-In-Kind donations from $5 million a year to $1.2 billion.

Responsible to Executive Vice President to ensure that all aspects of the organization (personnel, program, child sponsorship and direct mail fund raising) were computerized. Conducted large scale organizational analysis to avoid data redundancy and ensure optimal levels of efficiency.

Achieved savings of $2M in labor costs, reduced order-to-fulfillment times by 62%, and reduced customer complaints by 43%.
