I managed Ed Perini between 2014 and 2024 and am happy to provide my

recommendation for him. Over the course of the last ten years we had many changes in both the industry and our bank. Including several different loan origination systems, title vendors, and changes to the loan products themselves. I was lucky to have Ed with me during all these changes because I knew he could identify potential pitfalls and would share anything he learned with me and the team.

Ed was always professional and was unfailingly dedicated to creating accurate loan documents. I relied upon him to work on the most sensitive and complicated applications. Our process included a downstream review and accuracy feedback on all files and he was consistently ranked as the most accurate team member. As new team members completed their training I would often have Ed review their work and help me determine if they had 'graduated' to working more independently.

I really enjoyed working with Ed and believe if you need a thoughtful, consistent team member he would be a great choice.
