After eleven months, I accepted a job as a Team Supervisor of the Columbia faculty. Since relocating to 122/ Columbia faculty, I have experienced both an internal and FDA audit. I have focused on BA SOPs to make sure my faculty runs smoothly and efficiently.
I am certified in both Trima and Aylx automation machines. I strive each day to convert donors for automation as well as help to educate donors on the importance of platelets and stress the ongoing need for donations.

Averitt Express
Cookeville, TN
I started with Averitt Express with seven weeks of Customer Service training. I was then placed on the Customer Service Team taking calls of all types. I learned how to solve issues, have patience with customers and drivers and enjoyed working on a team. I quickly moved to the Appointments team where I set appointments for deliveries and had a dedicated account to work with.
I also worked on the International Imports team where I had a dedicated account that would move freight from several International locations to the US port and then to the customer.
I also worked with the Executive Team to keep track of the LTL fleet trucks and make sure all maintenance was up to date.
During my last six months working at Averitt I moved to Chattanooga and worked at the local Averitt service center. This position was more of a remote role, although I worked closely with the service center on needed tasks.
