CAP 1 Associate:
●I go through the process of capping my bins by scanning each item and picking out what needs to go to the sales floor.
●Once I have finished capping the bins, I go to the floor to begin stocking the items I had picked.
●If I have any overstock I either top stock it or place it back into the proper bins.
●Once I’ve finished with that process, I begin “topstocking” by pulling the overstocked items on the top shelves and filling in the homes (if they fit of course).
●Also as a CAP 1 associate I may get pulled to do side projects for managers, such as creating a display for an item or creating an endcap.
●Also required to operate a pallet jack.
Jewelry Associate:
●Checking in jewelry freight and putting it in its proper location.
●Assisting customers with purchases, layaways, ring orders/sizing, and any other personalized jewelry order.
●Watch repairments such as battery replacement or band replacement.
●Keeping the jewelry area and shoe department zoned properly and stocked.
●Assisting customers in finding the right shoes they're looking for and answering any questions they may have.
●Putting away all jewelry, accessories, and shoe returns.

●I would answer the phone and direct all the calls that came into the store.
●I also had a walkie and would make pages for anyone requesting a page from the operator.
●I was also in charge of collecting the returns from Customer Service and sorting them by departments.
●Once sorted, I had to call associates and department managers to the fitting room to collect their returns.
●I would open the door to the dressing room for customers, counting each item they took in and out.
●I called for security checks every 30 minutes, for the security cameras to scan and record a particular department.
