In the capacity of General Manager, I was responsible for hiring and training new sales representatives, assisting counselors with meeting their quotas, daily opening and closing of the unit, and creating work and unit maintenance schedules. I assisted in setting measurable goals for the sales team. Received reports of damaged equipment and arranged for replacement or repairs. I participated in and led Zoom meetings with the District Managers and Regional Managers, produced and presented the End of the Month Reports.
MTM Technology Chicago 2012-2019
As project Manager my duties included scheduling maintenance on Cell Towers, ensuring the Tower Climbers has access to the sites including maintaining keys and lock codes, I also assisted the Tower Climbers with obtaining transportation to cell sites and obtaining overnight and weekly lodging. I also maintained documentation of and procurement of the adequate equipment and supplies to complete cell tower maintenance and repairs. Provided customer service to customers, vendors, and solved employee problems such as inability to access a site, lock-out, and customer related questions.

TSA Transportation Screening 2/2002—5/2007
Screened bags, utilizing equipment such as x-ray and cat scan machines to ensure the integrity and safety of air travelers and airplanes from explosives. Checked luggage for materials banned from flights. Inspected passport and identification documents of passengers attempting to pass through checkpoint sites before boarding.
