Cannabis has been a personal interest of mine for many years, and I regularly research
products, strains, consumption methods, and industry developments in my free time. I
have developed a strong knowledge base and, more importantly, the ability to quickly
understand and retain new information related to cannabis. I am always eager to
continue learning and expanding my knowledge.
Over the past decade, I have gained firsthand experience with a wide variety of legal
cannabis products, including different strains, potency levels, consumption methods,
smoking accessories, and cleaning products. This experience has given me a practical
understanding of how different products meet different customer needs, allowing me to
make informed recommendations while continuing to learn about new products as they
become available.
I believe my customer service skills would thrive in a cannabis retail environment. My
goal with every customer interaction would be to provide helpful, informative, and
personalized service while maintaining a friendly, professional, and positive attitude. I
also possess strong attention to detail, excellent merchandising skills, and a passion for
cleanliness, organization, inventory management, and quality control, which I believe

One of the aspects that draws me most to this industry is the opportunity to build longterm working relationships with a team that shares similar interests and values. I enjoy
