I started with TJMAXX as a part time employee when I was 16 years old. I was eventually trained in all departments, including the jewelry counter. When I moved up to being a coordinator, I was in charge of half of the store, all the while still helping all the other departments. This job was very accuracy oriented and time management oriented.

I stocked the sales floor, coordinating all of the displays and brands when necessary and during season change. I was hired from outside of the company to be a Part Time Assistant Store manager. I was in charge of any and all employees. I was in charge of the sales totals and was in charge of the cash drawers as well. I was also in charge of opening and closing the store. This job involved professionalism, team oriented skills, as well as all of the other skills listed and money management skills.

I was hired into the company as a Curbside Lead. I am in charge of a team when my higher manager/leader is not in the store. Required to work 40 hours. I take all customer related phone calls, including refunds and complaints. I will organize all refunds for the day, and once completed will log them and the data associated with it. Handles training new associates. Can calculate associate hours and use that to help with time management skills, to get through all orders effectively. Can communicate to management when needed. Can communicate through a device to customers about their order effectively and efficiently. Can communicate to customers about their order and payment through phone calls. fluent at using a translator. I do not understand
