Oversee the inbound and outbound inventory that is in the building, I track each day the counts with the system by saying what the BOMs are saying we are using in the Work orders. Making sure that we have enough product for production to run for the day.

• Oversee the monthly inventory counts that we do for raw and day material and turn these into accounting; as well as our end of the year audits we do to see if we are in the negative for the year or positive; For the last two years that I have over seen the inventory we have gotten 97 and a 98 % on our accuracy; which is great for being still a verily new company.

• We do weekly meetings to go over the inventory on the loss and the changes for the rooms to discuss on the amount of usage and if that is what is causing counts off of the numbers and etc.

• With the finished product inventory we are tracking it going out to different DC, I do weekly sales orders to see what and where the finished inventory went to and how much of it went over all for the week, submit it to the corporate to take all the facilities number and put them in their spreadsheet.

• Communicate with previous shift supervisor and second shift manager on what issues on equipment, operation problems, or relay any special messages that have to be done by demand

• Manage all loads coming and going with in the facility, communicating through email tracking trust, p.o.s as why they are late or missing.

• Retrieve the schedule for the day to see what all is being ran and where to place the associates in the proper places that are needed

• When there are any equipment issues it is my responsibility to get it fixed by reaching out to the company that handles all our repairs for the equipment to get them back up and running; so that we can continue with our orders for the customers and not shut production down

• Any issues that come across as I am walking through the plant and inspecting the warehouse; I point it out and get the proper associates on it to fix the issues and if they are not sure how to fix it; train them on how to fix the problem

• Oversee all attendance records, sign off the time cards, vacation requests as I write in their times, approve there hours for the week so they can get paid

• Help with receiving in dry materials and raw materials so that we can feed the production lines so that we can reach the targets for the day; as well as helping with shipping out the product to the customers orders. Load the trucks according to the manifest that the customer is requesting at the time of shipments.

• Also oversee maintenance orders and receiving them in and shipping them out for the production needs; such as materials that would be used to fix or maintain the machinery for operations

• Make purchase orders or use company credit card for ordering for maintenance

• Would over see how much overtime would have to be used for the day and week

• Run several reports of what all we had produced and how much we would receive and ship out

• Operate forklift to move product around to proper places in the warehouse, load trucks, unload trucks

• Use the SOPs, to proper train new associates to the procedures and have them sign off that they understand the processes and safety when doing the process

• Oversee the quality control to make sure that all specs of material met SQF before and after packaging is complete

• Also worked as a lead in receiving in the very beginning, then to a supervisor over receiving then I would fill in when the supply manager was not in and the moved to a manager.
