Designed and developed a 48V Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) prototype integrating Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) and electric propulsion system. Also integrated lithium-ion battery pack with sensors, actuators, power electronics and BLDC drive. Implemented battery State of Charge (SoC) monitoring, automatic battery protection system, ICE-assisted battery charging, GSM-based remote battery alerts, and power management.
