RSA 24/7 Modernization
Old project was developed in AS400. 24/7 Roadside Assistance modernization project is developed using microservices and React JS. If vehicle breaks down, the customer calls coordinator to get services. Hence named as roadside assistance. Event logs will be recorded based on the call conversation.
Different users can be created with different roles for the application. User maintenance is provided. Security level is also assigned. Purchase orders can be created by coordinator with different suppliers.

Quit For Life
Description:
Quit For Life (QFL) is a Preventive Health Management Service offered by Apollo/Optum to its customer.This service offers assistance in Quitting Tobacco or to maintain the Tobacco Free living by providing coaching support from Registered Nurses and Web Portal to track progress.
1. Member open on Client URL (Portal) or Nurse does Client Search (Call Center).
2. Commercial/Health Plan client has only one intervention and State Client has multiple Interventions.
3. Complete user registration by filling the personal details, generating login credentials and updating contact details. Once the participant created optum ID, he will be navigated to Q4L Terms Of Use page. Participant needs to accepts the TOU to move to the Quit For Life Enrollment
4. Complete the enrollment questionnaire.This assessment will make the participant enroll to QFL program. The questions in assessment will be around participant tobacco usage,type of tobacco, frequency of use, quit date planning, medical condition etc.Once enrollment assessment is completed, participant need to provide the contact info and after that he will be enrolled in QFL.Confirmation page will be displayed with all the program features listed.
5. Set Quit goal by providing quit date for Quit Tobacco or Stay free Tobacco.
6. Order Medications offered by clients by completing the Medication Assessment.
7. Complete coaching calls offered by Commercial Clients or Helpline Intervention in State Client.
8. Member accomplished Quit goal and eligible for Re-Enrollment.
Once the participant completes enrollment assessment, he will be navigated to home page, The home page is divided in 3 zones, First zone contains the action plan hero banner which provide the goal details, next to-do details and button to go to action plan. Second zones consist of content cards based on the priority.Third zone consists of navigations to important features like trackers, quit coach chat, library etc.
Participant can navigate to Action plan page from the top navigation or by clicking the ‘Go to Action plan’ button on hero banner, Action plan page provides the detail on the goal that is set, list of To-Do’s to complete the goal, participant can order medication here. Once the participant completes all the required to-do’s he can completes the goal.
Participant can navigate to Coaching page from to navigation. Here he will get the details on number of coaching calls, Secure chat with coach, secure messages.
Library page is where the participant get access to articles, videos, seminars, conversations, online courses etc
Participant has access to community, where he will have access to different community forums to ask questions, share his experience.

2. Personal Coaches are available for members who opt for personal coaching
3. Programs like Quit Tobacco, Happiness, Eat Smart, Fit for Life, etc are available.
4. IDT (I DID THIS) track data like program progress/enrollment of a program/talking to a coach.
5. For every program completion, Rally rewards will be granted.

Description:
This system is designed to get Pharmacy details which are in network when a customer calls to agent who are main user of this application. A customer can get cheap alternatives for drugs which are expensive. Also a customer can get information delivered on mail, discussed on call with agent through secure messaging feature. Agent can go for trial claim for drugs insurance so that customer can come to know in advance the probability of claim acceptance or rejection.

Global Credit Module
Description:
This system is designed to calculate risk for credit given to private banking customers based on market. Based on the risk, collateral is calculated and this collateral is marked as blocked collateral for the customer. Customer is given facility to take collateral from third party and allocate own collateral to third party. Different users are assigned with different roles for view access and maintenance access. It has been designed for two different regions UK and US. It is single codebase, multitenant and multilingual.
