As a host I sat restaurant goers using a PoS, average nights saw 100-120 people with busy nights reaching 250. I also worked carryout which included taking phone and in person orders using a PoS, quality checking, then packing them for curbside pickup. This included customer care services and cash management. As a Busser/Food Runner I bussed and prepped tables for seated and income guests. This was simultaneous with checking the kitchen for food to be ran. I also helped with miscellaneous task around the restaurant including inventory stocking and management, opening/closing procedures, janitorial services, and handy work.
