Magic has been associated & partnered with educational organizations to help them solve their challenges and achieve their goals by building, supporting, and delivering their digital learning products and platforms. Magic is focused on developing digital learning solutions for K12 & higher education technology & publishing companies, to enhance teacher-led learning in classrooms and improve students' education outcomes. Projects Undertaken (Recent) :

1. To develop a Level 2 for existing mobile application (“App”) which includes rich and interactive lessons. Tech stack: Web hosted (on Windows and Mac), APK App (Android), HTML, ReactJS, API integration, development of templates (MCQ - Single and Multiselect, Matching, Drag and drop, Fill in the blanks) and implementation of provided UI for building individual interactives to be used across all lessons, based on the functional treatments defined in the sample storyboards, special fonts and music. Accessibility: WCAG(Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.0AA compliant 2. Audit & Remediation against EN 301 549 standard for following products: Bridge 2, Universal Test Driver

(UTD) and UCS 1.0. Execution approach is Time and Effort (T&E). Tech Stack: Bridge2 (Typescript), UTD (ReactJs) and UCS (Angular 8) Accessibility: WCAG(Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.1AA compliant. VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template): to be done for each product. 3. Accessibility Audit and Remediation of the Platform (Responsive Web Application providing personalize & dedicated virtual 1:1 and small group tutoring/classroom sessions by highly trained professionals) to ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. There will be 3 grade specific games- 1 per grade level. Each grade specific game will have the following number of islands/lessons: Gr K= 40 lessons, Gr 1= 40 lessons, Gr 2= 32 lessons. There are only 2 sub levels per lesson (MyView had 3). Only the first sublevel of each lesson is unlocked. All the second sub-levels are locked. Gameplay should allow student to play again and again getting a new score each time (but also retain data to pick up where they left off). Data persistence is required to allow Student to pick up game where they left off. Scoring/Reporting - Mastery = 70%. If student gets score lower than 70% then they keep practicing. Accessibility: WCAG 2.0AA compliant.

5. Development and Implementation of Dynamic AI based Chat-bot and Whatsapp Bot Solution for Government Organization. The chatbot will provide citizens with an easy-to-use Webbot interface across government websites and portals, and messaging platforms (including WhatsApp) to access services, FAQs, and information. System also supports seamless integration with User and Agent Management (Web based interface), Live Agent transer (web based), Feedback management system, Sentiment analysis and Reporting and Dashboard analytics.

Smartbox automated self-service terminals are most popular due to their 24*7 availability – without having to contact any courier person or agency. We deliver your parcel on our terminal and you pick-up your online shopping at any time and location that is convenient to you.

Smartbox is currently available in Delhi NCR but very soon you will be seeing us all over the country. You will find us at various commercial buildings, residential complexes, metro stations, retail outlets and many more such frequently visited locations.

Allow customers to check the current status of Complaint already registered as well as to register new Complaint. To check current status, system requires user / Customer to enter Complaint No. & return Status of complaint depending upon information accessed from database.

To register a new complaint, system will ask for Phone No, Address and Name of Customer and then prompt to Record Complaint. It will also play Menu to listen recorded complaint, to re-record complaint, to save complaint or to cancel complaint.
