Product Achievements: Overall reduced the cost of product by 25 - 30%, increased the volume of products by 30-40% each year which in turn reduced the lead time of delivery, controlled the work load with sharing work. Outsourcing: Experience in outsourcing and importing a major expensive components, continuous monitoring and improvements of technologies etc. with introduction of lighter & high strength steels, new welding technologies, and training people with concerned area of improvements.

1. Design & Analysis of Shipboard, Offshore & Sub-sea cranes namely 140 Ton, 110 Ton, 100 Ton, 95 Ton, 85 Ton, 75 Ton, 70 Ton, 65 Ton, 60 Ton, 50 Ton of various reach 50, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 100, 105, 110, 120, 130, 145, etc. with ABS, B.V, Lloyd’s Approved and Certified. 2. Specify crane components and direct modification of cranes to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.

9. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance and load testing as per bureau rules to ensure proper installation and functioning.

10. Read and interpret crane blueprints drawn by other engineers, supervise engineers and correct for the final release to manufacturing.
