In my prior position I helped support the SAP ERP system and all of the associated interfaces. A key area of responsibility was BSI. I was in charge of system upgrades, the installation of tax bulletins (TUB) and software changes via CYCLIC bulletins.
Another key area of responsibility was the daily support of the HR data warehouse which resides on Oracle Databases. This included interfaces from SAP to Oracle, building new tables, modifying existing UNIX scripts that load the data to the tables, and working with the product owner to ensure the security of the data.
