Responsible for all the quality related aspects in the project for Welding, Piping, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and assisting QA/QC Manager and Project Manager as per the project quality requirements.

Involved in all kinds of inspection and testing activities in Piping & Structural related jobs.

To Co-ordinate with site Construction team for forth-coming installation spools requirement for erection, testing and commissioning works.

To read, interpret and design Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), piping layout, isometric drawings, GA Drawings, Plot Plan Drawings, Line Size, Equipment list and instrument hook-up drawings. Review P&ID with client based on Standards & Code of Practice.

Provide feedback & updates to Planner & Scheduler periodically to improve the progress.

Assisting the Manager in the approval of Vendors and NDT Contractors.

Supervision over fabrication, construction, welding, mechanical, piping and structural installations.

Randomly check the essential parameters as per the WPS requirements and Quality Procedures.

Witness PT, MPI, UT, Hardness testing & Chemical cleaning.

Review of RT films and NDT reports.

Review of Mill test certificates, Inspection of material and welding consumables as per the specifications.

Preparation of Stage Inspection Reports as per ITP.

Leading the team to co-ordinate Plan and execute NDE works as per requirements.

Monitoring the Backing system for welding consumables, Pre-heating and Inter-pass temperature of Welds.

Inspecting the pipe spools (for C.S & S.S) as per the Isometrics and documentation of the same.

Post test requirement to be checked (Bolt, nut, Gaskets and Bolt tightening Or Torque as per approved Procedure.

Check that the line is complete and ready for test and prepare a punch list of outstanding items.

Preparation and issue the required materials, fittings, tools and equipment’s for Fabrication and erection.

Apply the work permits (Under permit to work system).

Inspecting materials received and Preparation of Inspection Report.

Materials can be separated according to the color-coding based on the process.

FRP Pipe Bonding, Installation inspection.

Summary of Responsibilities for Civil & Structural

To assist in sub-contractor (if any) Such as Civil, Mechanical & Electrical team related to site performance assessments and make recommendations to Site In-charge regarding the execution plan/ Risk Assessment and liaise with their work activities that match to our works in order to meet project deadline.

Attend meetings on day today basis with the Clients, Owner and subcontractors for quality related issues.

To inspect & monitoring the Bore piling, sheet piling works.

To inspect the form work, reinforcements and embedded plates.

To inspect the compaction test.

To Inspect RC column

To Inspect the pre-cast panel installation.

To follow the cube results.

Sewer Line & Sanitary Pipeline Installation inspection.

Inspection Chamber (IC) Installation inspection.

Closely Monitor the Site activities and provide feedback to the Project Management team with relevant to the Quality & Safety issues.

Roof works materials & installation inspection.

Coordinating with sub-con fabrication yard and chase for steel materials, plan for the delivery of materials depends on the requirements of the site.

To Preparing & checking of equipment’s orientation drawings for all types of equipment’s, considering equipment’s spacing, accessibility, operation and maintenance requirements.

To Prioritized scope activities to most efficiently meet project schedule requirements and ensure safe work performance at site.

Studying of drawings and carry out the daily activities at site.

Verify records of Calibration, Inspection and Test equipment.

Managing the sub-contractors and direct them regarding priority of daily activities in the site.

Ordering of concrete, materials related to the works.
