Re-key and cut keys, I.C. core and rim cylinder pin core to work several keys.

Locks to rekey, Corbin Russwin, Medeco and biaxial, russflex, Schlage. Master ring system.

Install and adjust door hardware, repair Von Duprin vertical rods, install door closer, adjust door hinges. Adjust above and floor door closer. Repair mortise lock.

Install and repair mechanical combination lock, simplex, kaba and install Schlage AD200 locks.

Repair Von Duprin panic device, repair and adjust vertical rods top and bottom rods.

Assist other trades on projects. Electrical shop, Carpenter shop, Paint shop, Pluming shop, etc.,

University of California Riverside 2015 - 2026

Trouble shoot Hirsch access system and full install. Repair and replace parts not working, door lock, card reader from, electrify mortise, panic device electrify strike and troubleshoot relay. Also, I have done a full installation of a Hirsch system and power for lock.

Install AD200 Schlage lock in mortise, panic hardware and cylindrical lock.

Re-keying of N keyway system for Corbin master ring lock. And repair Corbin locks. I have rekeyed and remove all types of lock handle to install the master ring cylinder in lock and adjust back cam for lock and unlock function.

I have run projects rekeying the newly open building with a 3-man team.

Installed overhead door closer floor closer and adjust to correct speed. Order replacement parts from approved suppliers.

Also worked as certify asbestos remover and identify doors with possible asbestos. I understand that safety and having PPE should be used. Also understand online hacking in company computer and how to safeguard the company from out hacker. Require certification yearly. Work order and e-mail checked daily. Notify customers and complete notes added to work order and parts used should be noted.

Worked with other trades on campus project like power shutdown, replacing power line and generator. Assist Stem Plant to replace pipes, traps, and chillers.
