Blackbaud is a publicly traded software company serving the nonprofit and education sectors. As a Level 3 engineer on the Windows infrastructure team, I was responsible for a production environment spanning 4,000+ servers, three Active Directory forests, twelve domains, and six data centers — including a hybrid Azure footprint.

•Supported SCCM/MECM infrastructure for operating system deployment, software distribution, patch management, endpoint provisioning, and enterprise workstation lifecycle management.
