RFP ANALYST Symetra Remote November 2023 to February 2026 Worked from home in the Stop Loss department at Symetra doing data entry as a Symetra permanent employee. The work involved monitoring two inboxes for all incoming emails. Request For Proposals (RFP), updates to RFPs, due date notices, clearances and other associated correspondence were entered into the ESL database each day. Also, RFPs were processed daily to generate a quote. During the peak RFP period each year, met or exceeded RFP logging quotas on a daily basis with accuracy. RETIREMENT PAYMENT PROCESSOR Aston Carter Remote July 2023 to November 2023 Worked from home processing retirement payments for Symetra clients. On a daily basis, a list of payments to be sent out was received. The payments were then sent from the system to the clients. LIST BILL PROCESSOR Aston Carter Remote February 2023 to July 2023 Worked from home in the Benefits Division at Symetra on a temporary contract. Daily tasks included adding new employees of clients, plus their benefits, into a database and making changes for existing client employees. This involved salary updates, coverage addition/subtractions, coverage amount changes, terminations and miscellaneous changes, etc. Excel spreadsheet techniques such as Vlookups and census templates were used to process large numbers of employee changes. For troubleshooting of client employee issues, internal communication was utilized first. If the issue was still unresolved, then communication such as email was used to contact external resources so the issue could be rectified. LICENSING SUPPORT SPECIALIST Randstad Remote From March 2022 to February 2023 Worked from home as a Licensing Support Specialist on a temporary contract at Philips. The work included creating licenses and renewing licenses for customers, users and ultrasound machines. Using an internal software system, the licenses were either created or renewed for internal users/machines or external customer’s users/machines. Also, new licensing orders for external customer’s users/machines were logged on a regular basis. The orders were recorded within a SharePoint Excel spreadsheet using data from an internal database.

SALES ASSISTANT Randstad Remote from January 2021 to June 2021 Worked from home part time as a Sales Assistant in a temporary contract. The position was at Central Garden and Pet through the Randstad employment agency. Central Garden and Pet is a third party seller on Amazon. The position involved downloading a data file spreadsheet from the company database on a weekly basis. The spreadsheet was then combined with data from other sources to create a tracking spreadsheet. This spreadsheet listed product items that had been removed from Amazon's website due to problems with the items. Also, the position included working on various data entry projects such as cost tracking. Performed daily logging of request for proposals (RFPs) into a database. Also, logged all correspondence, updates and due date notices on a daily basis. Obtained all required information necessary for underwriting to review. Have experience in the pre-underwriting process including quote terms, competitive analysis and claims.
TEMPORARY WORKER From August 2019 to November 2019 Worked as a temporary employee in various jobs. The jobs have included working in a warehouse, as a data entry specialist and as a document specialist. The warehouse job included unpacking of bulk product, sorting and then repacking for outbound shipment to retailers. The data entry and document specialist jobs included data entry plus electronic archiving of documents. Was on call with several staffing agencies, including Terra Staffing Group, Aerotek, and Adecco Staffing, etc.
MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE Renatus Remote From January 2017 to January 2018 Worked from home as a part time independent contractor doing marketing of Renatus real estate investment course materials. This involved using a marketing campaign consisting of various sources of online and traditional forms of advertising. Through this marketing, prospective candidates were called and interviewed for interest in purchasing the company's training courses. Tracking of contact information and phone calls were recorded on a spreadsheet.

This consisted of entering names, birth dates, and driver license numbers into the computer. Added or subtracted surcharges for customers into the computer. Printed large volumes of letters that were sent to customers requesting information.

Did high volume printing of truck part drawings using the computer and blueprint machine. Compiled purchasing data that was entered into a weekly spreadsheet for the purchasing managers.
