(Guest credentials for IMS access can be found on the portfolio website above) Tableau Airbnb NYC Listing Dynamic Dashboard - Summer 2024 Gathered NYC Airbnb listing data from online data sets July 5, 2024 and utilized Tableau in order to create an interactive dashboard that allows users to view different data analytics by filtering listings based on room type (hotel rooms, private rooms, etc…). Data shown on the dashboard includes a heat map showcasing average neighborhood prices, top ten hosts by number of reviews, etc… Stock Sentiment Analysis Using NLP And Machine Learning - Summer 2024 Utilized Python, NLTK, Pandas, NumPy, and TextBlob to develop a sentiment analysis system to predict stock market trends through analyzing sentiment in Yahoo News through the Mboum Finance API. The output graphs the closing daily stock price and daily stock sentiment scores to potentially highlight any stock changes caused by sentiment changes. Lastly, it gives the aggregate sentiment score and tells the user whether to buy, not buy, or hold the stock.
