Conducting Boiler warm up and start-up procedure.
Testing the combustion lube, thus trip points and interlocks.
Requesting reclaim/back feed during low crush rate or no crushing from the Mills.
Monitoring, reporting and controlling feed water levels in Boiler feed water tank, hot well and Thermal Deaerator.
Monitoring and controlling Super heater start up Ventilation valve during start up and after.
Controlling Thermal Deaerator pressure not to exceed zero.
Monitoring Exhaust condensate return conductivity from Evaporators and pre-heaters
Requesting pol percent bagasse and moisture percent bagasse from the laboratory department.
Communicating and instructing field operators on areas that needs attention.
