Over the last two decades, I’ve been responsible for: Training, coordinating and supervising multiple office staff, physicians, therapists, other support members, registrars and file clerks. The maintenance of providers; schedules, quality control of data entry into medical management programs, efficient organization of patient flow to maximize results. Utilization of several EMR programs, including: Soarian, IDX Centricity, Medcomp, Oas Gold, and Simple Practice (currently using).
The recruitment, training and supervising of staff, maintaining employment schedules, approval and rotation of time off, and payroll (Kronos and QuickBooks). Data entry and quality control of several Electronic Medical Record systems. Credentialing maintenance with commercial as well as government insurance programs, maintaining doctors’ information on CAQH
Oversaw all accounts payable, ordering of supplies and establishing, negotiating, and maintaining vendor business agreements.
Networking and marketing with referring physicians and facilities.
