Roles and Responsibilities:
Understanding the COMBAT framework and Providing COMBAT v2.0 framework enhancement based on the requirement and KT for laterals. And, I have performed the initial analysis and implementation of Base functionalities.
Conduct in-depth customer journey mapping to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, resulting in a 15% improvement in customer satisfaction scores. I regularly present findings and insights to audiences at various levels in the organization.
Share the consolidated report presentations of automation metrics and glide path to his client for weekly and daily status and co-ordinate with the client for sign-off of released programs and provide client-side support post handoff.
