As the AA, I was the often the first contact the patients and their families would have with the clinic. I always insured that they were made comfortable and were aware of what was going on. I saw to all required paper work and made sure it was explained to the patient and family.I handled all intake and discharges being responsible for patient information and documentation. I made sure all charts were kept current and orders were completed. I schedule patient appointments and always made sure the physicians had all that they needed.

In this role I was also responsible for ordering all medications for the RN's, all needed supplies used on the floor, office and kitchen supplies.
