As a FootPrints Administrator, I was responsible for receiving all incoming requests by customers. These types of requests are preliminary issues that are submitted by a customer through the FootPrints interface using the customer's self-service interface, via email or phone call. I administered all new or existing projects, updating and creating custom fields including viewing and editing issues. I determined the severity or impact of the issue (high/medium/low) and assigned it to an agent who would then resolve the solution.
NOTE: FootPrints was superseded with Odoo therefore, all requests went directly to the agents leaving me out of the ticket-entry role.
