Furnace Operator / Team support January 2015 - February 2023
As a furnace operator it is my responsibility to tend to my furnaces, making sure me and my helper would charge with the correct materials gathered by my charge maker. On a regular day I would first come in and do a visual check on my furnace. Then I would pre inspect any forklift I will be using prior to using. After I would have a human performance meeting with my crew to make sure we point out the high risks of the day and how to avoid the error traps. Then I would start at the melting process that was left by the previous shift, weather it be charging the furnace, transferring the furnace to the holding furnace to be casted, or stirring and sampling the Melter for analysis to then add the hardeners we needed to make the alloy on schedule. At the end of each shift we would report out production and leave instruction to the next crew at shift change.

Floor Mat Delivery Driver June 2011-October 2014
As a floor mat delivery driver I was responsible checking and maintaining my work truck. Making sure my load was right to the corresponding route instructions. I also kept a good customer service relationship with my customers leading to sales and commissions. After deliveries were made I unloaded and loaded my truck for the next day of deliveries.

As and inspector packer it is your job to make sure machines in your line are working properly to convey and package cup or plate products. It is your job to clear out jams in the line and troubleshooting machine if a fault would occur. If the problem is out of your qualification you would then turn on the mechanic light and wait for maintenance. It was also my job to inspect cups every so often to make sure the ink printed on the cups were of satisfaction for our customer. If a cup was found with bad ink I would stop my machines and reload ink into the machines. It was also a requirement to learn different lines in production because dart had a rotating production floor, meaning it was required to be cross trained.
