To Whom It May Concern,

I am pleased to provide my strong recommendation for Jolie Stohr. I had the opportunity to work closely with Jolie for approximately three years at F.L.O.W. Recreation, where she served as both a Recreational Therapist and the Director of Group Programming. During that time, I was consistently impressed by her leadership, initiative, and ability to build high-quality programming from the ground up.

When Jolie joined our organization, group-based services were minimal and largely undeveloped. She took full ownership of this gap and transformed it into one of our strongest assets. Jolie curated, organized, facilitated, and continuously evaluated a wide range of group programming that not only expanded access for clients but also elevated the overall quality of our services. Her work was highly strategic—balancing clinical value, engagement, and operational feasibility—while always maintaining a strong person-centered focus. In addition to her leadership in group programming, Jolie maintained an active caseload and consistently delivered high-quality one-on-one services. She is team-oriented, communicates effectively across disciplines, and approaches her work with a strengths-based, client-centered mindset.

Jolie brings a rare combination of creativity, structure, and clinical insight. She does not simply execute tasks—she builds systems, improves processes, and raises the standard for those around her. Any organization or program would benefit from her ability to lead initiatives, collaborate effectively, and deliver meaningful outcomes for the individuals she serves. I recommend Jolie without hesitation.

Respectfully,

Tyler Neimeyer, MS, CTRS
