Technical planning included engineering the McAfee Client through Custom Integration Services (CIS), Testing and Rework via Quality assurance (QA) and final testing and production setup through the Enterprise Distribution System (ESD).

Utilize UAT’s from all departments to define any risk when McAfee Client package is interfaced with varies computer Images.

Production Validation, Program Owners approval and Phase reviews will be accessed and conducted throughout the implementation of the project to a successful completion.

During our analysis found insufficiencies - HCCS had no Business Intelligent Tool to procure the raw data on their ERP Systems.

Extensively researched the field of business intelligent tools. The top three performers were Business Objects, The Actuate Enterprise reporting tool, and The Cognos Reporting and analysis tool.

Considerable testing of there on-line demo’s, very importantly Business Objects offered a zeal to serve and their business white paper cases have proven success in the field of higher education. For phase 2 of the project - My recommendation to HCCS is to have Axesshpere Technologies setup and RFP and perform numerous environment and real-time testing of the prospective BI product tools and to add value in making the right decision for the right reporting tool.
