Responsibilities is to placed vehicle as per requirements given by our sales team. My duty is to take order from them & placed vehicle as per their allocated project & area.
In our organisation order have been placed by their Project No in which they have materials such as Primary, Secondary etc.
Generally our organisation deals in PEB industries which means we deals in making warehouse. We have multiple project all over India such as Metro Cities & in making company warehouse such as Lyyods Steel.
After placing vehicle I have tracked the vehicle until they deliver materials in the said location & I have clear all the freight bill of the transporter & submitted in A/c. departments.
We have 3 rented vehicle 2 at Nagpur & 1 at Bhiwandi, which details I have to track & place them in proper location as per requirements.
We will placed vehicle when we get final approval from our Logistics Manger, which is party commercial clearance or credit clearance of the party.

Responsibilities is to maintain Mobil Lubes Inward & Outward Section & send mail to my senior person.

Monthly Report – Send Security Report, Monthly Warehouse Opening & Closing Report, Key Handling Report, Temp Report, Weight Report & Closing Stock Report Physical Count. 3. Send Daily rate quotation & detention mails to factories, as per advice by BM & ASM.
Send monthly report to HO it include Bill Outstanding, Bank & Cash Status, Godown Stock, Pending Acknowledgment & Pending MF details.
Send Quaterly & Yearly Business report to RO & HO.
It includes business report of Achievemet from parties, Expenses Report & Truck wise report.
Send Quaterly & Yearly Daily Client Visit Report of BM & ASM to HO & RO. 5. Worked as an Warehouse – Executive warehouse Logistics Park ( For Pantaloon Retail India { PRIL } ), Nimji, Amravati Road, Nagpur – 440023 (MH) ( 3 Year’s ).
